How to Order

Prices
All prices quoted on the efurniture Web site are quoted in Pounds Sterling, and exclude VAT at 17.5%. The VAT breakdown will be clearly shown at the checkout stage of your order. These prices shown at the checkout stage will also include delivery charges. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver outside normal working hours.

Choosing furniture
At efurniture we are customers too and understand that you may need more than just a picture to make a purchase. We have on each item an option to request a brochure and fabric swatch where you can research into the product and see many more images than we can show on our website. If you have a project or quantity requirement you can request a quotation for that item and we can provide you with a trade price. If you require a visit from one of our sales representatives then just let us know and we can arrange a time that suits you.

How to shop @ efurniture
You will find that all the products on this site have been categorised for your convenience.

If you like the look of a product, and wish to consider making a purchase, you will find that most products on this site have a range of options on specification including fabrics and finishes.

You are now in a position to select the product for purchase. Click on the Add to Basket button for the product option you want. This product has now been added to your shopping basket. You can view this basket at any time by clicking on the View Basket button on the navigation bar to the left.

Your shopping basket is where you can take real control of the ordering process. Any product can be removed from the order by clicking on the Delete button next to it. The whole order can be deleted by clicking on Clear Basket, too. But, most importantly, from this screen you can click on Buy now to finalise your order.

Buy now will take you to the purchasing screen, where you can enter your or your company’s personal details. Just fill in the form, and the delivery details if you wish the products sent somewhere different and click Send Order.

At this point you will have to consider payment (see next section).

Methods of payment accepted
efurniture accept the following valid credit and debit cards: Visa Credit; Visa Delta; Mastercard; Switch, American Express, JCB; and Solo.

If you are happier giving your card details to one of our staff over the telephone, please print out your final order, fax it through to us on 01243 527300, and we will call you back to arrange payment receipt. Alternatively you may send us a cheque, written out to "TSI (UK) LTD", with a copy of your order to "Customer Services, TSI Interiors Ltd, TSI UK LTD,41-42 Southgate,Chichester,West Sussex,PO19 1ET,United Kingdom."

As soon as cleared payment has been received we will e-mail you with confirmation of your order and a delivery date.

Security
Security is certainly an area that efurniture have made every effort to put your mind at rest about.

Efurniture use Thawte encryption technology to ensure that the transfer of your credit card details is made safely and quickly.

To make totally sure that you are confident about buying from our website, however, efurniture make you the following promise. If in the highly unlikely event of your credit card being fraudulently used as a result of information that you provided to this website, efurniture will cover any costs that your credit card company hold you liable for.

If you are still unhappy about this, however, you can print out our order form and fax it to us on 01243 531331 We will then call you back to arrange payment.

Warranty Policy
All furniture shown on the efurniture website is backed by a 1 year guarantee against manufacturing defect, unless marked on the site with a longer period of warranty. In the highly unlikely event of a problem occurring with these high quality products, please note that the warranty service differs depending on the item, the nature of the problem, and your location. Our commitment is to try to solve the problem within 5 working days. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.

Cancellation Rights
You have the right to return undamaged goods, without giving a reason, within 7 working days after the day of delivery. You must simply return our goods undamaged to our warehouse, and we will repay you in full for the products within 30 days. This does not apply to furniture that has been ordered by our clients to a bespoke specification, which can only be cancelled within 24 hours of our emailed order confirmation to you. Please see our Terms and Conditions for fuller details.

Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with current Data Protection Act legislation).

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:
* your name
* address
* phone number
* email address
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

clearly stating the e-mail address that you would like to be removed, and we will endeavour to remove your address from our list within 24 hours.
